Douglas R. Mahler, D.M.D.

During his 26 years in the field, patients have come to realize they're in trustworthy hands with Dr. Mahler. Combining a kind and gentle manner with a contagious positive energy, he's able to make even the most nervous patients feel comfortable. His passion: improving people's smiles.

As part of his post doctoral training, he was enrolled in the New York University Implantology Program from 1994-96 and participated in a general practice residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center from 1985-86. He received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985.

Specializing in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation and implant restoration, Dr. Mahler also belongs to the International College of Oral Implantologists, Bergen County Dental Society, and is a Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry. He has been featured in several dental magazines and journals; including 201 Magazine and Doctor of Dentistry Magazine, as well as being voted as a "Top Dentist" in 2010 by Consumer Research Council.

When he's not leading our team, Dr. Mahler enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, biking, swimming, tennis, paddle tennis and walking his dogs.
